my sessions

The path to ourselves is a very private and sensitive one, which may be beautiful, but can also be accompanied by tears, anger or vulnerability. It is important to me to create an atmosphere in which everyone can feel safe. For this reason, no photos or videos are taken during my sessions. We want to let go of what keeps us on the outside, what prevents us from letting go. In my sessions, I place particular emphasis on being honest with ourselves. We are never the same person from one day to the next. Every day brings different needs and our yoga practice is correspondingly different from day to day.

Learn with me to respond to the needs of your own body with mindfulness and care. Whether this means practicing an advanced or supported variation of an asana in a class, find your yoga practice, physical and emotional healing, health and a path to inner peace and joy. I place great emphasis on the execution of the asanas, both to protect against injury and to allow the energies to flow through the body. In order to help with this in my classes in the best possible way, I did further training in 2022, specifically on the aspect of correcting and assisting. In my classes through concentration and focus you’ll find, to inner calm and peace, joy in the practice, healing and health of body and mind, as well as grounding and lightness.
