I first came into contact with yoga in 2015, when I approached my yoga practice as a purely physical activity. Two years later, when I wanted to break out of old patterns of life and thinking and reorient myself, I began to understand and study yoga as a philosophy and way of life, of which the asana practice is only a small part. I was able to observe the healing effects of yoga - physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually - in my relationship with myself, as well as in my relationship and interaction with my environment. I learned to let go of burdens, situations and thoughts. This enabled me to allow more peace, lightness and joy to come into my life and to practice more self-love.

It became my desire to help other people to achieve a positive change in body and mind through a relationship with themselves that is characterized by gentleness. So in 2021 I got trained to become a yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance Certified) with 500 hours in India.
